Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking with PIKT Entertainment. By booking our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Bookings & Deposits
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date. The deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of booking. Your event date is not confirmed until the deposit has been received and a booking confirmation has been issued by PIKT Entertainment.
2. Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation by the client, the deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date may incur additional charges up to the full booking amount. PIKT Entertainment reserves the right to cancel a booking in extraordinary circumstances and will provide a full refund of any amounts paid.
3. Payment Terms
The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments can be made via bank transfer or other methods as agreed. Late payment may result in cancellation of services.
4. Delivery of Services
PIKT Entertainment will make every reasonable effort to deliver all services as agreed. In the event of equipment failure or unforeseen circumstances, we will endeavour to provide an alternative solution. Liability is limited to the value of the services booked.
5. Photography & Videography Delivery
Edited photographs and videos will be delivered within the timeframe agreed at booking. Turnaround times vary depending on the nature and volume of the work. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.
6. Privacy
PIKT Entertainment may use photographs and videos captured at your event for marketing and portfolio purposes unless you advise us otherwise in writing prior to the event. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
